Flat Rate Shipping

We charge a flat rate shipping, meaning you can order one or as many items as you like, and you pay the same rate anywhere in Australia. 

• $9.90 Standard Delivery (Tracked) (3 - 8 Business Days)
• $14.90 Express Delivery (1 - 5 Business Days)
• $19.90 Express Rural/Country (2 - 5 Business Days)

Orders placed before 12 pm AEST on a business day are dispatched on the same day for all items with 1 – 2 days "Processing Time."

Items with more than 1 – 2 days of "Processing Time" will be sent out within the processing time frame mentioned.

Processing Time

Every item has a processing time. It shows the time frame it will take us to pack and send the item. For example, if a product says "Processing Time: 2 - 4 days", it means that it will take us 2 - 4 business days to get our stock ready and send it out. This does not include the delivery period when the item will reach you. The shipping time starts the day the order is dispatched and not the purchase date.

Business Days

If you place an order over the weekend or public holiday, your order will be dispatched the next business day.

 

Express Delivery.

Orders sent via express delivery may be sent via Auspost or any other express courier. If sent via Auspost, the express delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. These areas include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and other metro areas excluding NT & WA. Express Post to rural and regional areas outside of the Express Post network will take longer. You may check if your area is within the Express Post network following this link.

Express Rural / Country

Express Rural / Country: All express or rural orders will still be sent via an express delivery service; however, it may take much longer than express delivery but typically quicker than the standard delivery. For most areas near a metro / CBD area, delivery times are around 2-3 business days and between 5 - 8 business days for more remote areas.

Shipping Carrier

We use Australia Post as our primary dispatch carrier. Occasionally, we will also use Star Track, Courier Please, Fastway and other courier companies when deemed necessary. All orders are tracked unless specified.

Peak Season

During peak seasons like Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas, shipping times can vary due to the multiple deliveries from Australia Post and the courier services that we engaged. You might expect some slight delay during these periods. Once the order is sent out from our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any delays.

Address

Please ensure that the address details that you provide on your order are correct. Any parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur a reposting charge of $9.90 for parcels below 1kg. Parcel above 1 kilogram will be quoted separately. 

And yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
